Scope of services
RecoverCrypto provides digital asset recovery assessment, forensic investigation, and coordination services. We act as specialists and advisors; we are not a law firm unless explicitly stated in your engagement letter.
Fee structure
Fees are success-based and agreed in writing before investigation begins. No upfront recovery fee applies. If no assets are recovered, no success fee is charged.
No guarantee of outcome
Recovery depends on case-specific factors including timing, jurisdiction, and technical feasibility. We provide honest assessments and do not promise specific results.
Client obligations
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to requests promptly, and not use our services for unlawful purposes. Misrepresentation may void our engagement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all case information as confidential. We will not disclose your identity or case details without your consent, except where required by law.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses, market fluctuations, or delays caused by third parties.
